Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Avature SME to support the build, optimize and uplift of Avature Recruitment module and help build Offer Management, Onboarding, and Candidate Portal capabilities as part of a large-scale Offer to Day 1 transformation programme. This role is deeply hands-on and focused on configuration,
workflow automation, Junction Integration builder and Portal Builder Apps delivery within Avature.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Offer Management workflows including approvals and contract generation.
- Build onboarding and preboarding workflows aligned to end-to-end business processes.
- Develop candidate and hiring manager portals using Portal Builder Apps.
- Automate workflows and build Avature Agentic AI functionalities within workflow.
- Support integrations with HRIS, workflow tools, and screening platforms.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to translate requirements into system configurations.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and documentation.
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in Avature or ATS platforms.
- Proven hands-on configuration experience in Avature.
- Strong working experience in Avature's Recruitment module.
- Experience with onboarding, offer management workflows.
- Exposure to integration environments using Junction.
Must Have Skills
- Strong Avature configuration expertise.
- Experience with Avature's Portal Apps Builder, Junction, Workflow, Forms.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
- Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimisation skills.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience in Avature's Agentic AI capabilities using Agent builder.
- Experience in global TA transformation programs.
- Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.).
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and middleware tools.
