Role Overview
The role is for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in the Avaloq Core Banking Platform, focusing on analysis, development, implementation, and coordination of changes within the platform. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the platform's functionality and efficiency, directly impacting the business's operational capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain code, including new customizations, enhancements, and hot fixes.
- Perform parameterization and customization in Avaloq.
- Assist with FixPack upgrades and resolve issues resulting from the upgrade.
- Create installation packages and manage deployment in non-production environments.
- Document processes, including deployment guides and development unit testing artifacts.
- Provide support to business users during user acceptance testing.
- Address issues encountered in production environments.
- Support ongoing and future Avaloq projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of technical experience in the Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in Avaloq kernel codes, Avaloq AMI, CCM, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Release Management.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business users.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in training or mentoring junior team members.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Certification and experience in RMWP and AFP.
