Avaloq Consultant

Job Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in ACP (Accounts Payable) 

processes and systems, along with knowledge in Avaloq, product management/extension/release management to support various projects and initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts payable processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Design and implement solutions to enhance ACP efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate within team to integrate ACP processes with Avaloq systems
• Support product management by providing insights on ACP functionality and requirements
• Assist in the extension and release management of ACP and related systems

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and systems
• Experience with Avaloq platform and related functionalities
• Strong knowledge of product management, extension, and release management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Scripting (PL/SQL, Unix/Shell), knowledge of Unix, Control-M, and batch operations
• Understanding of banking processes, particularly private banking, accounts payable, or other financial operations
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq modules, parameterization, reporting, and interfaces

Other Requirements

• Relevant certifications in Accounts Payable and Avaloq are preferred
