Job Description

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, offering timely and effective solutions
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
  • Proactively engage customers and deliver a high level of service at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and improve customer experience
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges
  • Handle complaints and ensure proper resolution within set timelines
  • Provide information on warranties, terms of sale, and product usage
  • Support product recalls and communicate relevant updates to customers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
  • 1 year of experience in sales or business development and account management
  • Work experience in AV/ IT system integration is an advantage
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Education

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related business course
