Record the revenues collected to the accounting system ;
Prepare semi-monthly or monthly Statement of Account (SOA);
Check accuracy of the system generated reports such as the SOA, deposits, and receivables;
Prepare bi-monthly or monthly schedules of revenue, accounts receivable, refundable deposits accounts;
Record monthly Value Added Tax (VAT), schedule, and provide monthly VAT schedule;
Prepare schedules and other documents such as withholding tax forms in compliance with the requirements of government agencies; and,
Filing of documents such as copy of SOA and AR voucher.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course is required.
Experience: No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including journal entries and financial recording.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using accounting systems such as Great Plains or any other similar software. Additionally, computer literacy in Windows and MS Office (Word and Excel) is necessary.
