Production Planning & Execution – Organizes production activities to achieve planned volume in accordance with established standards and quality targets. Monitors daily production plans and ensures efficiency levels meet defined benchmarks.
Yield & Quality Management – Collaborates closely with Engineering and Quality teams to monitor defect rates, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Equipment & Process Coordination – Ensures optimal utilization of equipment, minimizes downtime, and aligns maintenance schedules to prevent disruption to production output.
Workforce Management – Oversees operators and supervisors, including staffing, work organization, training, and performance monitoring.
Production Preparation – Participates in New Product Introduction (NPI) implementation. Ensures proper utilization of materials and effective inventory management.
Cost Control & Productivity Improvement – Drives initiatives to optimize operational cost and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
At least 8–10 years of experience in semiconductor OSAT manufacturing or a related field, with managerial experience.
Knowledgeable in semiconductor production processes and standards, including assembly and test technologies.
Graduate of Electrical or Electronics Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
Strong understanding of principles in hardware, software, and mechanical design.
Familiar with die technologies (Si, SiC, GaN), as well as power discrete and module design and manufacturing.
Knowledgeable in electronic product manufacturing processes.
Up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electronics manufacturing.
Familiar with quality and compliance standards for automotive, industrial, and mechanical applications.
Knowledgeable in power device standards, including AEC-Q101, QG 324, and MIL-STD.
