Automotive Trainer – Specialized in Product Knowledge and Sales Training

Job Summary

The Automotive Trainer is responsible for delivering Product Knowledge and Sales Training programs for dealership personnel in accordance with the client's training standards. Training sessions will be conducted through both virtual and face-to-face formats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Product Knowledge and Sales Training for dealership associates.
2. Update and improve training materials and presentations (PowerPoint) as required.
3. Prepare and submit training reports after each training session.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in automotive training or dealership sales.
3. Valid driver's license required.
4. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom).
6. Willing to travel and conduct hybrid training (virtual and on-site).
7. Metro Manila area home based

Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000 per month
