What is this role about
This role will help out in ensuring the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of handled LubeServ service workshop. He/She will also be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers.
What will YOU do
- Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in full compliance to LubeServ customer handling procedure - including general troubleshooting
- Drive sales and profitability of handled LubeServ site via recommended automotive services and upselling of all applicable Lubeserv Express Lube service packages
- Will inform customer of repairs needed with cost estimates and repair completion
- Monitor all on-going vehicle repairs and provide status to customers as needed
- Perform a variety of tasks as necessary in delivering customer experience w/ highest satisfaction, which may include performance of LubeServ Technician duties & responsibilities, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, etc.
What will YOU need
- Physically fit - can work in service areas/stations
- At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
- Willing to be assigned in Bauang La Union
