You will be responsible for developing training materials and videos, conducting in-person and online certification classes, and teaching sales teams about the latest in automotive features and technology!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging programs and classes, classroom and online
- Develop and design training materials for new vehicles and technology
- Test drive and review the latest vehicles and technology and update training materials
- Attend and participate in auto shows, media tours, training events
- Conduct audits, mystery shopping, exams and assessment
Ideal Candidate (PLEASE REVIEW)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or similar
- Required: Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Advantage: Work experience in product or sales training
- Advantage: PowerPoint or Canva slide creation skills
- Advantage: Video editing, writing and design lay-out skills
- Highly professional appearance and demeanor
- Organized, proactive, team player, no attendance issues
- Willing to travel for offsite fieldwork and training
Must have own Laptop
- PROCESSOR: Intel i3, i5, or i7 5th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 / Apple M1 or any equivalent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month (negotiable)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
