JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder in any relevant field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned region
Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership operations is an advantage
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor dealership sales performance and work closely with dealers to achieve assigned sales targets.
Support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing activities to increase market presence and sales performance.
Coordinate with Service Managers to improve service center productivity, maintain appropriate parts inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular dealership visits, audits, and business performance reviews to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
Provide on-site guidance, coaching, and support to dealership teams to help improve their overall performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
Travel regularly within the assigned region to provide dealership support and monitor business performance.
Prepare and submit regular reports regarding sales performance, dealer activities, and market conditions.
