Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities for our automotive dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively guide potential customers through the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and interests to generate sales leads for the sales team.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, service appointments, or sales consultations.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls for service reminders, post-sale satisfaction, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Data Management: Accurately input and manage customer information and interactions in the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and answering inquiries.
- Sales Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and service opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive models, specifications, and services.
- Sales Experience: Experience in sales, particularly in automotive or related fields.
- For Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is required.
