Automotive After Sales Trainer Specializing Non- Technical Training

Job Description:

• Conducts Non-Technical training programs for Client dealerships participants on automotive after-sales servicing, warranty, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to guarantee excellent customer vehicle operation.
• Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
• Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
• Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.
• Updates training decks in line with the client's objective and new technology being offered.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive or any related course.
• With at least 3 years of automotive Non-Technical training experience, such as Service Advisor, Warranty Officer, Parts Officer; training certification is a plus.
• Must have Non-Technical knowledge and process in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
• Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
• With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• With valid driver's license (LTO restriction of at least 2 or 3).

• PROCESSOR: Intel i3, i5, or i7 5th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 / Apple M1 or any equivalent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month (negotiable)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
