Job Description:
We are seeking aTech Systems & Automation Specialistto build, streamline, and integrate the digital backbone of our client's growing operations. This role goes beyond basic administrative or design work we're looking for abuilderwho can confidently leverage our tech stack to develop automated, scalable systems that reduce manual workload and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems thinking, automation tools, and workflow optimization. You'll play a key role in connecting data, tools, and teams to create seamless operational efficiency across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implementintegrated systemsacross Notion, Smartsheet, AppSheet, and Google Workspace tools.
- Developautomated workflowsusing low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., AppSheet logic, Zapier-style connectors, internal APIs).
- Create and maintainSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) clearly documenting processes and tech instructions.
- Manage and improvedata flowsfor CRM, project management, inventory, and reporting systems.
- Integratemarketing and operations systems linking websites, CRM, quoting, and communication platforms.
- Providetraining and user supportthrough screen recordings, guides, or mini documentation to ensure effective tool adoption.
Requirements :
- Proven experience withno-code/low-code automation toolssuch as AppSheet, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
- Solid understanding ofdata management, systems design, and process optimization.
- Proficiency inNotion, Smartsheet, Xero, Google Workspace, and related productivity tools.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solvingmindset with attention to technical detail.
- Excellentcommunication and documentationskills, capable of explaining technical processes simply.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable able to deliver under tight timelines.
- Bonus: Experience working incivil, construction, or technology operationsenvironments.
