Automation Test Manager (Lead level to Manager)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java + Selenium WebDriver.
• Build and enhance hybrid, POM, data-driven, or BDD frameworks.
• Implement test scripts for UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)
• Rest Assured for API Automation
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Has Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
• Must have 10 years of overall experience in Automation testing and development
• Must have at least 6 years of overall experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Must be amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
• Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3x a week RTO in Makati One Ayala office)
