Role Description The Automation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bulacan, responsible for maintaining and improving production systems and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring automation lines, diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems. The Automation Technician collaborates with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, document maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial control systems.
• Solid understanding of electricity and industrial electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and safety procedures.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on automated equipment to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Technical diploma, certificate, or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries is an advantage.
