Automation Specialist (PowerApps, UIPath, RPA,PowerAutomate)

Job description

• Develop self-attended automations (RPA) in UiPath and PowerApps (PowerAutomate) based on process requirements
• Provide update on progress and roadblocks to project completion
• Resolve and advise on development issues encountered by the team
• Maintain each project's Solutions Design Document and Development Specification Document
• Access Management Review, Tracking, and Monitoring responses from the different J&J reviewer.
• Communicates well with Senior Leader on how to perform approval in NAGS system.
• Provide a status report of completed projects and tasks.
• Access Mapping
• Access Requests for training and production environment
• Access Management monitoring and reporting
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Documentations
• GAM Control review
• Due Diligence Work Programs and Report
• Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Risk Assurance Documentations, as applicable
• GAM Control Governance Support
• GS Compliance Innovation Support
• Coordination with business users, ISRM, GAA, Security and Compliance Teams
• Development and troubleshooting of UiPath solutions; ad hoc access management support

Other Details:

• Shift – Must be available in Mid shift
• Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work In BGC Taguig
• The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
• Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
