Job Summary
We are hiring an Automation Specialist skilled in Power Platform, UiPath, and Alteryx to design and build automation solutions for the Invoice-to-Cash process. This role converts business needs into scalable, efficient automations that streamline operations and improve process performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation workflows using Power Platform, UiPath, and Alteryx.
- Translate business requirements into functional, end-to-end automated solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with process owners to validate logic and ensure smooth implementation.
- Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of automations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps / Power Automate, UiPath, and Alteryx.
- Strong background in process automation and workflow optimization.
- Experience working with Invoice-to-Cash or finance processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality automation outputs.
- Must be able to work EMEA hours.
Other Details:
- Shift Must be available in Mid shift
- Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026).
- Location is in Paranaque
- The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
- Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially Subject for extension and renewal)
