What Youll Do

  • Support the Quality and Continuous Improvement team in developing automation tools for other department
  • Create automation tools using MS Excel and SharePoint
  • Ensure automation projects proceed according to the planned timeline and prevent delay
  • Conduct tool scoping sessions with other departments for their automation needs
  • Accomplish tasks as directed by supervisor(s) to support processes/operations in compliance with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot) is needed
  • Knowledge in creating basic design materials/infographics using creative software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is required
  • Proficient in English communication and skilled in Project Management and Presentations; Must be self-driven and a critical thinker
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred-eighty (480) on-the-job training hours
