Analyze existing business requirements and conduct technical process assessments to document current workflows, identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and implement end-to-end automation.
Develop and oversee implementation plans and timelines for automation initiatives, covering development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
Design and build automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Excel/VBA macros, MS SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Platform, workflows, chatbots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Establish and implement automation playbooks, frameworks, and standardized processes.
Drive value realization by delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains from assigned automation projects.
