Development and Operation (DevOps) of Operation System Support (OSS) system
Involve in OSS project implementation
Handle preventive maintenance of OSS system
Develop customization in OSS system
Handle user request related with OSS system
Handle user requirement related with OSS System
Troubleshooting issue in OSS system
IT Security implementation in OSS
OSS integration with third party tool
Upgrade, patch, bug fixing of OSS
Northbound and Southbound interface integration
Consistent communication with customer to resolve issues and concerns.
Responsible for daily issue handling and troubleshooting.
Understand enhancement requirement and perform UAT with customer.
Responsible for new enhancement development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent
At least one-year related working experience
Fluent in written and spoken of Filipino and English.

Knowledge in Telecommunication Infrastructure and OSS architecture
Understand OSS Northbound and Southbound technology
Deep technical skill in Multi-Vendor OSS System
Advance knowledge in Unix, Linux and Solaris Operating System
Understand Complex database query / PL SQL
Programming skill PHP and Database skill: PHP, JavaScript, Java, HTML, Oracle and Sybase database
Deep understand of Java framework is most preferred
Experience in managing OSS system such as Fault Management (FM) NMS, Workforce Management (WFM), Service Delivery Management (SDM), Inventory Management System (IMS)
