About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
- Build and enhance scalable test automation solutions following the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
- Develop automation scripts using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Create and maintain Node.js-based automation utilities and scripts.
- Develop and support UIPath automation workflows where required.
- Execute end-to-end, regression, smoke, and functional test automation across web applications.
- Integrate automated test suites into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage source control using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Integrate test execution and reporting with Jira and Zephyr.
- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and overall software quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automated test scenarios.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Playwright for web automation testing.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js development and scripting.
- Experience designing and implementing Page Object Model (POM) automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
- Experience using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating automated test execution with Jira and Zephyr.
- Experience working with real estate management platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce applications and business workflows.
