Automation Engineer

The Sr. Automation Engineer will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

1.Analyze requirements, user stories, and test cases to identify automation opportunities and define automation scope

.2.Perform automation feasibility assessments, POCs to recommend optimal automation solutions

.3.Collaborate with Automation Architects and stakeholders to recommend automation strategies, tools and standards

.4.Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation components using Datadog

.5.Automate testing across Web/UI, API, Database, Desktop, Cloud, and Enterprise applications

.6.Integrate and execute automation suites within CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices

.7.Monitor automation execution, troubleshoot failures, analyze results, and ensure script stability and maintainability

.8.Manage test assets, execution results, defect lifecycle, and reporting in Azure DevOps (ADO)

.9.Analyze automation metrics, trends, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement and optimization

.10.Prepare and present automation status reports, dashboards, risks, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders

.11.Ensure compliance with automation standards, governance processes, and best practices

.12.Support test closure activities, knowledge transfer, and BAU handover of automation assets and documentation
