Your First 90 Days
- Day 30: Finalize Vector DB selection and deploy the first production RAG pipeline.
- Day 60: Launch our first multi-step agentic workflow for Recruiting or Finance.
- Day 90: Establish full CI/CD maturity and secure SDLC standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect AI Systems: Design a production-ready Second Brain using Vertex AI and Gemini.
- Engineer Workflows: Orchestrate autonomous agents across integrated business systems.
- Lead Cloud & DevOps: Manage AWS/GCP infrastructure via Terraform with strict data isolation.
- Drive Backend Excellence: Build high-performance services in TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years software engineering; 35+ years in Multi-tenant SaaS/ERP.
- Languages: Strong Python (AI Logic) and TypeScript / Node.js (Backend).
- AI Mastery: Production LLM deployment (Gemini), RAG frameworks, and Vector DBs.
- AWS Expert: Deep knowledge of IAM, VPC, EKS, RDS, and Security (KMS/Secrets).
- Infrastructure/DB: Expert-level Terraform, GitHub Actions, and PostgreSQL modeling.
Bonus Points
- Experience in BPO, ERP, or high-scale SaaS.
- Next.js or React familiarity.
