About the role
As an Automation Architect (AI) at NCS Philippines, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technology landscape and driving innovation. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced automation solutions that leverage the power of artificial intelligence to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and development of intelligent automation solutions that integrate AI and robotic process automation (RPA) to optimise workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable automation strategies
- Oversee the implementation and integration of AI-powered automation tools and technologies within the organisation
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of automated systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in AI and automation, and recommend innovative solutions to drive the company's digital transformation
- Mentor and train team members to build their skills in automation and AI
- Contribute to the development of automation-relate
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Automation Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in AI and RPA technologies
- In-depth understanding of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing techniques
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale automation solutions
- Proficient in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about automation challenges
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in automation and AI
