Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Responsibility:

• To collaborate with Client manager during the project continuous delivery to provide design clarity and achieve sprint goal
• Provide mentoring and guidance to develop Automation Anywhere based automation frameworks, proof of concepts and prototypes.
• Provide solutions to Integrate cross technologies and platform
• Develop automated solution to resolve any issues quickly
• Aligning with organization roadmap and ensure on time delivery
• Facilitates cross-team collaboration regarding tool development and process improvement

Expectations:

• Ability to understand the Robotics process Automation and help setup automated process to maximize efficiency, speed for current business model
• Experience in building RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
• Designed, developed, and tested Bots using Automation Anywhere as per the requirement and design documents
• Experience in maintaining, securing, and retrieving user credentials
• Worked with database technology like Microsoft SQL server/Oracle
• Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance
• Experienced in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment
• Experience in orchestration for deployment, monitoring and management of Automation Anywhere BOTs
• Experience in creating process flows using Process Studio, Object Studio and Control room in Automation Anywhere
• Experience in managing robot workloads using work queues
• Expertise in using application modeler, Spy modes and attributes
• Experience in queue configurations, monitoring, exception handling, efficient use of stages, datatypes, environment variables
• Hands on experience in building and developing different types of Applications (Browser, Windows, Citrix) using Automation Anywhere tool
• Experience in one or two programming languages like C#, VB, Java
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and other teams to drive such automation initiatives.

Proven experience in innovativeness, ability to integrate disparate Technologies.
