Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calabarzon, Philippines, for an Automation and Development Equipment Engineer. The role involves maintaining and improving automation systems, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring efficiency through regular maintenance and repair tasks. The engineer will also be responsible for designing, developing, and upgrading mechanical systems and will collaborate with teams to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in Mechanical Engineering and Automation
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to resolve technical challenges
- Ability to work on-site and independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Background in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required
- Experience in automation tools and technologies will be an added advantage
