Automation & AI Engineer (Marketing & Sales)

Role Overview
We're looking for an Agentic AI Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of AI agents and predictive workflows used by marketing and sales teams.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on building, testing, and maintaining agentic systems that operate in real business workflows.
Agentic AI is still an emerging space, so we're not expecting long tenures in this exact role. Instead, we're looking for someone who has practical experience building agents, strong fundamentals in software engineering, and a desire to learn and grow.
You'll work closely with the VP, Growth & Performance and collaborate with US-based marketing, sales, and RevOps partners.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain agentic AI workflows using modern agent frameworks
- Implement prompts, tools, memory, and orchestration logic for agents
- Support predictive workflows such as:
- Lead scoring and prioritization
- Propensity-to-buy and account ranking models
- Integrate agents with systems across the GTM tech stack, including CRM and marketing platforms
- Work with data from tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms
- Test, debug, and improve agent reliability, accuracy, and performance
- Monitor agent outputs and help optimize cost, latency, and quality
- Document agent behavior, edge cases, and usage patterns
- Collaborate asynchronously with US-based stakeholders and engineers
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or data-related roles
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or workflows (professional, academic, or personal projects)
- Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs
- Solid understanding of prompt design, tool calling, and agent workflows
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Comfortable following defined architecture while contributing ideas and improvements
- Strong written communication skills for async collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Familiarity with CoPilot, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval systems
- Exposure to basic predictive modeling or scoring approaches
- Prior experience working with offshore or distributed teams
