Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Document business processes, workflows, business rules, pain points, and functional requirements.
  • Support process discovery activities with operations teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, requirements documents, test scenarios, and automation support materials.
  • Assist in identifying manual, repetitive, rules-based, and high-volume processes suitable for automation.
  • Support automation developers during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing, including tracking defects, feedback, validation results, and required changes.
  • Help ensure automation deliverables follow IT standards, governance, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, change logs, testing records, runbooks, and handover materials.
  • Support basic Power Platform-related activities, including documentation and validation of Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
  • Communicate process observations, risks, issues, dependencies, and updates clearly to stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of process analysis, business requirements, and workflow documentation.
  • Exposure to BPMN, process mapping, or similar documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review and validation.
  • Basic understanding of automation, RPA, workflow tools, or Power Platform.
  • Good documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to follow standards, work with guidance, and support structured project delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, Python, VBA, or UiPath.
  • Internship, academic project, or entry-level experience in automation, process improvement, business analysis, or IT support.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in process analysis, automation support, IT support, or business analysis.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship, project, or automation-related exposure may be considered.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
