Automation & Integration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Automation & Integration Specialist to support a client who requires expertise in connecting GoHighLevel (GHL) with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft tools. The primary goal is to build efficient, secure, and compliant workflows that transition data from GoHighLevel into a HIPAA-compliant Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

- Integrate GoHighLevel CRM with Microsoft tools such as:

- Microsoft Lists

- Microsoft Teams

- Other relevant Microsoft 365 services

- Ensure smooth data transfer from GoHighLevel (used for potential customers/leads) to Microsoft platforms for ongoing client management

- Assist in structuring and managing Microsoft Lists to support automation workflows

- Ensure integrations align with HIPAA compliance and data security best practices

- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows

- Collaborate closely with the client to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate

- Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Teams, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- Experience designing automation workflows and system integrations

- Understanding of data security and compliance (HIPAA experience is a strong plus)

- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with healthcare-related workflows or HIPAA-compliant systems

- API integration experience

- Ability to document workflows and provide clear SOPs
