AutoCAD Production Assistant- Interior Fit-out

Role Description The AutoCAD Production Assistant– Interior Fit-out is a Full-time, Work from home role (candidates are based in the Philippines). The role involves preparing accurate architectural and interior fit-out drawings, including detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD and related tools. The AutoCAD Production Assistant will support space planning, translate design concepts into technical documentation, and coordinate drawing revisions in line with design and site changes. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers, engineers, and project managers, ensuring drawings meet quality standards and local regulations, and maintaining organized drawing files and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in creating and interpreting Architectural and Interior Fit-out Drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Solid Drawing skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and related CAD software for precise technical drafting.
• Experience in Space Planning, including layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with design, engineering, and site teams and documenting changes clearly.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of atleast 5-7 years of work experience in interior fit-out or consultancy company
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and interior fit-out construction methods.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing packages under time constraints.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is an advantage.
• Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, international team environment.

Salary: Negotiable depending on work experience

Work Location: Full Work from home

Work Schedule: Saudi Arabia business hours (1pm-9pm Philippine time)
