Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Cebu for an Auto Parts Sales Representative. In this role, you will assist customers with their auto parts needs, provide knowledgeable product advice, process orders efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer service experience. You will also collaborate with the retail team to maintain an organized inventory and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Auto Parts, including sourcing and product identification
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and address their inquiries effectively
• Proven ability in Retail Sales and Order Processing to manage transactions and ensure smooth operations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and systems is a plus
• Passion for the automotive industry and ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Requirements & Benefits

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.
• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce or auto parts is considered a major plus.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Soft Skills: Positive, team-player attitude.
• Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and shifting schedules; must be able to start immediately.
