BMG Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Australian Payroll Officer to support our Australian client. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoicing, compliance administration, and statutory obligations, while ensuring adherence to company policies and Australian regulations.
- Schedule: 7:00 am-4:00 pm
- Work setup: Onsite
- Salary range: Mid-Level: Php 35,000 – Php 50,000/Senior Level: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000+
In this role, you will:
Payroll & Billing
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare and issue client invoices.
- Resolve payroll and billing discrepancies.
Compliance & Administration
- Process PAYG and statutory requirements.
- Conduct payroll audits and maintain records.
- Support workers compensation administration.
Stakeholder Management
- Respond to payroll and invoicing queries.
- Liaise with clients, employees, and internal teams.
Process Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Experience in Payroll, Accounts, or Finance Administration.
- Knowledge of Australian payroll processes preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
