Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on HR administration experience directly supporting Australian HR operations
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and employment practices
- Direct experience managing employment contracts, employee documentation, HR correspondence, lifecycle changes, employee queries, and shared HR inboxes
- Hands-on experience with Australian visa processing and compliance, including Subclass 482 and/or Permanent Residency (PR) processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, including mail merges, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Able to manage competing HR priorities while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Willing and able to work onsite in Makati
Responsibilities
- Draft employment agreements, variation letters, HR correspondence, and other employee-related documentation
- Monitor the shared HR inbox and ensure employee and stakeholder queries are routed and addressed promptly
- Process HR invoices and coordinate required approvals and submissions
- Support service recognition, employee benefit, and tenure-related programs
- Keep employee files and HR system records accurate, secure, and up to date
- Administer employee lifecycle changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, leave updates, and separations
- Prepare Subclass 482 and Permanent Residency visa documentation, liaise with migration providers, and maintain compliance records
- Assist with employee travel, mobility, and relocation arrangements
- Maintain HR workflows and update system processes as required
- Produce recurring HR reports, workforce information, and people metrics
- Improve HR templates, document registers, and administrative procedures to strengthen consistency and efficiency
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, team initiatives, and broader people operations activities
