Responsibilities:
- Master of Financial Statements: Take the lead in preparing meticulous Financial Statements and Tax Returns for a diverse clientele, including Companies, Trusts, Self-Managed Super Funds, Partnerships, and Individuals.
- Management Account Maestro: Showcase your expertise by preparing monthly and quarterly Management Accounts that provide invaluable insights into our clients financial performance.
- Year-End Excellence:Demonstrate your proficiency in preparing adjusting journals for a seamless Year-End Completion process.
- BAS & IAS Virtuoso:Handle the preparation of BAS and IAS with precision and expertise, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- FBT Returns Specialist: Become the go-to expert for FBT Returns, navigating complex regulations and ensuring our clients maximize their benefits.
- Payroll Tax Guru:Manage the preparation of Payroll Tax Returns, utilizing your knowledge to optimize payroll processes for our clients.
- Bookkeeping Maestro: Dive into the world of day-to-day transactions for a variety of clients, showcasing your bookkeeping prowess.
- Efficient Workpapers Architect:Accurately produce workpapers that not only support the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss but also contribute to the overall efficiency and ease of the review process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional Credentials: While CPA or CA qualifications are preferred, we also value the expertise gained through alternative routes.
- Proven Track Record:Bring a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial roles, demonstrating your ability to navigate the complexities of financial management.
- Tech Savvy:Showcase your proficiency in financial software such as MYOB, QuickBooks Online, or Xero Accounting Tools, with additional experience in Handisoft & BGL software being a definite plus.
- Independent Operator: Demonstrate your ability to thrive in an unsupervised environment, taking ownership of your work and delivering results.
- Detail-Oriented:Exhibit a keen attention to detail and analytical mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial tasks.
