Job Description

Job Summary

Perform audit file setup, roll-forward, and maintenance, including more complex engagements
Review and validate audit documentation and working papers prepared by junior team members
Coordinate and manage audit confirmation processes, including issue resolution and follow-ups
Extract, compile, and analyze financial and statutory data sets for completeness and accuracy
Support engagement file close-out and ensure documentation quality standards are met
Monitor task progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
Act as a first point of escalation for issues and provide practical solutions where possible
Collaborate closely with onshore audit teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations
Support onboarding and provide on-the-job guidance to junior Audit Technicians

What You Need To Have:

Minimum: Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline
Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in audit support, shared services, or accounting roles
Candidates with Bachelor's degrees may be considered but are not required
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statementd
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data handling) and Word
Familiarity with audit tools (e.g. eAudIT / KCW) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and quality control minds
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple engagement
Effective problem-solving skills within defined procedures
Good communication skills for cross-border collaboration
Ability to coach and guide junior team members
