Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Staff Accountant based in Talamban, Metro Cebu. The Audit Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the examination and evaluation of internal financial records and reports, enforcement and implementation of internal controls, conducting financial record audits, preparing detailed reports, verification of documents, investigating irregularities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and providing recommendations to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial auditing, internal auditing, and financial reporting
• Strong ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in accounting software, SAP and other applications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
