About The Role
As the Internal Audit Supervisor, you will support the Group Internal Audit Head in executing audit programs aligned with the approved audit plan of the Board/Audit Committee. You will ensure that internal audit methodologies are effectively applied in accordance with recognized auditing standards, practices, and frameworks.
In the absence of the Group Internal Audit Manager, you will represent the role and lead the team in implementing audit processes with precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit activities within the scope of the approved audit plan
- Apply internal audit methodologies in line with industry standards
- Lead and mentor audit team members throughout the audit cycle
- Represent the Group IA Manager when required
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit findings and recommendations
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Commerce major in Internal Auditing, or any equivalent degree from a reputable college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, with at least 1 year in auditing practice (external, internal, or a combination)
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Average communication skills, especially in written reporting and audit correspondence
