It is an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals.

We are seeking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Audit Manager. We expect our Manager to exhibit excellent technical skills and the ability to work and lead the team.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience as a Manager in a public accounting firm
  • CPA license (required)
  • College Degree in Accounting
  • US Audit experience (required)
  • Strong technical expertise across a variety of accounting and auditing issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-demand projects at once
  • Experience supervising and mentoring a team
  • Professionalism and poise with clients and staff, even in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage offshore audit engagements from planning to completion, including budgeting, staffing, and timeline oversight.
  • Perform second-level technical reviews of workpapers prior to partner sign-off, ensuring compliance with US auditing standards and firm methodology.
  • Review complex audit areas (e.g., revenue recognition, consolidations, estimates, going concern) and escalate high-risk matters as needed.
  • Serve as the primary offshore liaison for assigned onshore engagement teams, participating in virtual planning, walkthroughs, and closing discussions.
  • Drive accountability for SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards in a remote delivery environment.
  • Lead resource planning and allocation based on engagement complexity, deadlines, and team capacity.
  • Monitor utilization and proactively address capacity constraints, risks, and timeline issues.
  • Provide technical coaching, structured feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to develop team capability.
  • Identify recurring review findings and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
