Audit Manager

Location: Clark, Cebu, Tarlac, or Manila, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT (Dayshift)
Salary Range: Php 150,000 - Php 175,000

As an Audit Manager, you are the strategic bridge between operational execution and partner-level vision. This role is designed for a seasoned leader with extensive Australian audit experience who is ready to orchestrate high-stakes engagements. You won't just be managing files; you'll be leading diverse teams across global borders, ensuring the highest caliber of financial integrity, and acting as a trusted advisor to our international partners.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Engagement Leadership: Take the helm of full audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution strategy, ensuring that every audit is delivered on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with Australian auditing standards.
  • Global Team Orchestrator: Oversee and coordinate the performance of both onshore and offshore audit teams. You will drive workflow efficiency, manage team capacity, and foster a collaborative environment where technical excellence is the standard.
  • Guardian of Audit Quality: Perform the final high-level review and sign-off on audit files, preparing them for the ultimate partner review. Your deep technical expertise ensures that the firm's methodology is applied consistently and that all risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Advisor and Mentor: Provide high-level technical guidance and support to your team throughout the engagement lifecycle. You will shape the professional development of seniors, intermediates, and juniors, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the firm.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:5-7 years of dedicated Australian audit experience is mandatory. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have a proven track record of managing full-scale audit engagements.
  • Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Australian auditing standards and firm methodologies. You possess the strategic thinking required to solve complex problems and the partner-ready mindset needed to deliver high-quality financial assurance.
  • Leadership Prowess: Exceptional team management and client relationship skills. You are a clear, persuasive communicator who can navigate stakeholder expectations and lead multiple teams toward a common goal with professional ease.
