We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, with strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, to join our Audit Delivery Center to support offshore and onshore engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective project management, ensuring offshore/onshore projects and initiatives are managed efficiently from initiation to completion. This involves overseeing the client and offshore/onshore teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Client communication and relationship management, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, offshore/onshore team members and other stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Effectively allocate resources. This involves balancing workload, skill sets, and project requirements.
- Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior offshore/onshore team members, providing training and feedback to enhance performance.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), including preparation and analysis of reports that provide insights into offshore/onshore teams performance
Key Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least5 years experience in audit with Big 4 firms, including 2 years experience as a manager.
- Experience in handling international clients, especially in a delivery center or shared service setting (offshore/onshore) in Big 4 firms
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit tools.
