Audit Associate
Location: Novaliches, Quezon City (4 days onsite, 1 WFH)
Full-time | At least 1 and above years of relevant experience in Auditing (Manufacturing)
About the Role
We are looking for an Audit Associate to join our Internal Audit team. The role ensures compliance with company policies, tax laws, and accounting standards while identifying risks and recommending process improvements across operations and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit engagements per approved Audit Plan and standards
- Review processes, test controls, and identify risks or control gaps
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Coordinate with process owners on corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or other relevant degrees
- Licensed CPA or CIA (Preferred, but not required); minimum 1-2 years audit experience
- Familiar with PAS, PFRS, Philippine Tax Laws, and auditing standards
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG audit engagement is a must
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word; organized and detail-oriented
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City
