KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The organization is establishing a Managed Service Program to support ongoing Control Assessment and Compliance Testing activities. The program aims to build sustainable internal capabilities, ensure continuity of compliance testing, and streamline processes by minimizing the repeated onboarding of short-term resources. This role also supports the goal of enabling internal subject-matter experts to focus on high-priority and urgent matters.

  • Conduct control assessments and compliance testing based on established frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform testing activities such as documentation review, walkthroughs, process validation, and evaluation of control effectiveness.
  • Identify control deficiencies, issues, and improvement opportunities, and prepare clear, well-structured findings and recommendations.
  • Support enhancements to risk and compliance processes to strengthen governance, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare complete and accurate testing workpapers, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Work closely with internal risk and compliance stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of testing results and proper escalation of significant matters.
  • Contribute to building a consistent and scalable testing capability for long-term continuity and quality assurance.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance testing quality, reduce cycle time, and increase cost efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in accordance with regulatory and corporate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance testing, internal audit, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
