Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Client Book Management
- Record, journalize, classify, and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain complete and organized accounting records, ledgers, and schedules
- Update client books regularly and coordinate for missing documents or clarifications
- Prepare account reconciliations and monitor payables, receivables, and other balances
Taxation and Government Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax returns
- Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, CDA, and other agencies
- Assist in responding to tax notices and regulatory concerns under supervision
Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
- Generate schedules, summaries, and basic financial analyses
- Provide periodic financial reports and updates to clients
Auditing (Assurance)
- Assist in audit planning, fieldwork, and documentation
- Perform sampling, verification of balances, and analytical procedures
- Prepare audit working papers and support the completion of audit reports
Administrative and Support Duties
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Assist in improving accounting workflows and documentation systems
- Coordinate with the supervising CPA or lawyer for review and approval of outputs
Qualifications
- CPA, Accounting and/or Management Accountancy Graduate -(Business related courses are welcome to apply)
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary will vary based on experience and competence.
