Position Overview:

Job Opportunity: Level 2 Infrastructure / AV Technician

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment of Cisco Teams Rooms (MTR)–native solution
• Configure Cisco Room Kit EQ, PTZ cameras, Cross View & Presenter Track
• Integrate and tune Cisco Table Mic Pro and Shure wireless audio
• Configure Cisco hardware in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) mode
• Perform end-to-end testing, commissioning, and validation
• Coordinate with customer and partner teams
• Prepare as-built documentation and support customer sign-off

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration / AV solutions
• Experience with Cisco Room Kit EQ, PTZ cameras, and Table Mic Pro
• Shure wireless audio integration experience
• Basic networking knowledge (PoE, switches)
• Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) configuration experience
