Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Audio-Visual Specialist to join our growth team. You will produce, shoot, and edit premium video and visual assets designed to capture the attention of Australian business owners, founders, and C-suite executives.
You know how to turn complex corporate frameworks and raw executive interviews into high-impact, true-to-brand media that stands out in a sophisticated, low-hype market.
Core Responsibilities
- High-Value Video Production: Edit long- and short-form executive thought-leadership videos, webinars, and brand case studies for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Post-Production Polish: Execute crisp pacing, professional audio mastering, color grading, and clean motion graphics. Implement high-quality, dynamic on-screen subtitles optimized for silent social media feeds.
- Digital Ad Performance: Design high-converting static and rich-media graphic components specifically for LinkedIn Ads and Google Display Ads.
- Brand Governance: Maintain absolute visual consistency across all digital channels, ensuring assets remain authentic and true to corporate identity.
Key Qualifications
- Experience Baseline: 3+ years of proven experience as an Audio-Visual Specialist, Video Editor, or Multimedia Producer within a corporate B2B environment or creative agency.
- Audience Expertise: Deep understanding of the clean, professional, and minimalist aesthetic required to engage Australian enterprise and mid-market B2B buyers.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or advanced design workflows in Figma and Canva.
- Audio & Motion Graphics: Strong capabilities in audio leveling, sound design, and creating custom lower-thirds or text overlays.
- Portfolio Requirement: A digital showreel or portfolio showcasing real-world examples of B2B corporate video editing (including subtitles) and static B2B ad layouts is mandatory.
- Target Audience Familiarity: Demonstrated success producing and editing media tailored to a professional Australian corporate audience (C-suite executives, founders, and mid-market business owners). You understand the clean, high-trust, low-hype visual aesthetic required to engage this market.
- Video Post-Production Mastery: Expert proficiency in nonlinear editing platforms, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. You have advanced skills in pacing, color correction, multi-camera syncing, and narrative flow for executive interviews and thought-leadership pieces.
- Motion Graphics & Sound Design: Strong capabilities in Adobe After Effects for creating clean, corporate on-screen elements (lower-thirds, data graphs, dynamic captions, transitions). Proficient in audio leveling, noise reduction, and mixing background tracks for a polished final product.
- Digital Design Capabilities: Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva to build static performance marketing creatives, particularly high-converting LinkedIn Ads and Google Display Ads.
- The Tech Stack: Experience delivering or managing assets within modern marketing platforms (HubSpot or similar CMS ecosystems) and a solid understanding of video platform optimization (YouTube, LinkedIn native video specs).
- Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio or showreel is mandatory. This must highlight your ability to edit long/short-form B2B corporate video content (with text overlays/captions) alongside examples of static B2B digital ad layouts.
