Audio Technology Account Specialist

We are looking for candidates for an Audio Technology Account Specialist role. You will assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to audio technology products and services while providing professional and efficient customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding audio technology products and services.
• Assist customers with product-related concerns and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance metrics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• Undergrad High School applicants will not be accepted.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but may not be required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work in a voice/customer service environment.
