The
Audio Scheduler is responsible for preparing and managing audio schedules, ensuring accurate campaign delivery, compliance with regulations, and optimal inventory utilization. This role supports smooth scheduling operations while maintaining alignment between sales, content, and client requirements.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage audio schedules in line with broadcast and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns and sponsorships in accordance with client terms
- Apply sales and inventory management policies to maximize revenue
- Support scheduling operations to maintain schedule accuracy and integrity
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Codes of Practice
- Maintain awareness of programming, ratings, and inventory demand
- Manage and optimize inventory to maximize availability and revenue potential
- Process program changes and reconcile affected inventory
- Communicate schedule updates and resolve issues with stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records
- Ensure attendance and leave records are updated in internal systems
a Bit About You
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in media, advertising, or a related industry is an advantage
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is beneficial
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused with professionalism in stakeholder interactions
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
