Audience Builder

The Bus Info Analyst Sr is responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations. The Bus Info Analyst, Sr will develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements for different lines of business while being an active leader in the development and project management of audience campaigns.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Engaging with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology and/or business process changes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Align with project objectives, scope, implementation plan and schedule.

Utilizing standard project management methodologies to manage the entire project lifecycle.

Participating in testing and debugging campaigns based on business requirements.

Developing and maintaining system and business process documentation.

Participating in high-level development activities such as data reporting and analytics; workflow development; system configuration, automation, and integration.

Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.

May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software.
• Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Business Information Analyst II

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; 2-4 years related operational and/or data analysis experience in database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Campaign experience.
• SQL experience.
