Qualifications
- 4-5 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting
- Strong experience preparing Australian financial statements, tax workpapers, and income tax returns
- Experience managing SME and mid-market clients with annual turnovers ranging from AUD 5M to AUD 100M+
- Sound knowledge of Australian taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- CA-qualified or currently pursuing CA, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong technical tax capability supported by commercial judgment and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and mid-market businesses
Responsibilities
- Deliver Australian tax, accounting, and advisory services across diverse client portfolios, including SMEs, private businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities
- Manage end-to-end tax engagements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Provide technical guidance across Australian taxation, accounting, and advisory matters for middle-market clients
- Build trusted client relationships through presentations, strategic discussions, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Support engagement planning, quality assurance, and the continuous development of team capability
