Big Four Tax Insight for Business Beyond the Balance Sheet
Australian businesses increasingly need accounting and tax expertise to work together when investment, transactions, new structures, and international activity change their financial position. As an AU Tax Advisory Accountant, you'll join a newly established Pioneer team dedicated to the Big Four firm, combining your Australian Public Practice foundations with increasingly sophisticated tax advisory work. You'll research legislation, prepare technical advice, and contribute across structuring, GST, cross-border transactions, acquisitions, financing, and ATO matters. - Full-time | Day shift | Weekends off
- Work-from-home opportunity with a hybrid setup in Makati

- Earn up to a PHP 87,000 package (negotiable)
- PHP 20,000 non-taxable allowance

Qualifications
- 2+ years of Australian Tax Advisory / Tax Consulting experience
- 2 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting experience
- Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with AUD 5M-100M+ turnover
- Strong knowledge of Australian Tax Law, GST, and Accounting Standards
- Exposure to Structuring, Indirect Tax, and Cross-Border Transactions
- Degree in Accounting / Finance; CA / CTA qualified or currently pursuing
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical advisory skills
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare Australian tax returns and technical advisory reports
- Conduct tax research and draft advice on Australian tax, GST, and complex tax matters
- Support structuring, cross-border transactions, and indirect tax advisory work
- Assist with asset acquisitions, divestments, financing, and IPO tax matters
- Liaise with the ATO on reviews, audits, and dispute matters
- Apply legislative updates and tax changes to client engagements
- Contribute to technical tax knowledge-sharing and advisory updates
- Review and organize client records and supporting documentation
